I’ve always lived with dogs and trained them myself. I believe it’s important to spend the right amount of time learning how to really communicate with them so they become the best companions possible.

When I moved to the US, I lived in places where dogs weren’t allowed. That wait made me even more determined. Once we moved into our new home, I finally had the chance to get a dog for the family. I did my research and chose American Standard K9. The results my own dog achieved were amazing.

Friends and neighbors noticed right away and started asking me to train their dogs too. But I wanted real expertise and to keep growing, so I joined the American Standard K9 Academy, completed the program, and graduated. I’m still learning every day, and I love sharing what I know.

Now I’m dedicated to helping families who truly want to enjoy their dogs to the fullest and to giving every dog the best life possible. Whether you’re just starting out or want to strengthen your bond, I’m here to help you build that relationship you’ve always wanted.

Moose was pulling on his leash, counter surfing, jumping up on people, had no name recall and generally was not a good listener.   • Two main programs fall under 45K9 Dog Training umbrella: Board & Train and Raise & Train. Both programs are about quality, not quantity, so each dog gets the attention it deserves.


    The Board & Train Program is designed to transform your dog into a well-mannered, obedient companion over a 6-week period. This program is best for dog owners looking to significantly improve their dog’s behavior in real-world settings. Your dogs live at home with the trainer and get the same level of personalized care and attention as their personal dogs. They’ll get the VIP treatment, and by the end of the program, they’ll be ready to handle any situation. Plus, it’s backed by a lifetime guarantee, so you’re never on your own.

    The Raise & Train Program is the ultimate start for your puppy, beginning as early as 8 weeks old. Your puppy will receive full-time care, socialization, and training, giving them the best possible foundation for obedience and behavior.

  • Absolutely! We stand by our training with a lifetime guarantee. The goal is to arm you with all the tools you need to keep your dog on track. We’re committed to making sure your investment lasts for the long haul.


  • We’re not a dog training factory. While other programs juggle 10+ dogs with little attention from an expert, your dog gets the VIP treatment here. We focus on creating real-world, reliable obedience using a balanced approach that blends positive reinforcement with necessary corrections.

    But it’s not just about training your dog; it’s about empowering you as the owner. Typically, you’ll come for a check-in around Week 4 and take-home training at the end. We want to make sure you have all the tools and knowledge you need to keep up your dog’s progress. Each session is at least 2 hours, but we block out the whole day if needed, unlike other programs that might spend just an hour with you.

    You’ll also receive 2-3 videos a week via WhatsApp or text, plus lots of photos. And you’re never alone— you can call or text us anytime. You’ll have direct access to me.

  • To lock in your start date, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit. You’ll pay 50% of the balance when you drop off your dog and the rest when the training is complete. We give you 24 hours to sign the contract and make the deposit to secure your spot—with no pressure from us if you decide to change your mind. We also offer discounts for law enforcement officers and veterans, and financing is available in specific cases.

  • Our goal is to ensure our program is the perfect fit for everyone involved, meaning your dog, you, and ourselves.

    We’re looking for clients as committed to their dog’s transformation as we are. If it’s the right match, you can count on us to go all in to get the results you’re looking for.

  • The sweet spot is around 4-6 months old, but we can start as early as 8 weeks with our Raise & Train program. The earlier we start, the better the results. We also handle all vaccinations and vet visits if your pup isn’t fully vaccinated.

  • At FortyFive K9, our intensive training program is designed to ensure long-term success for both you and your dog. Here's how it works:

    4-Week Check-In: You’ll visit us to spend quality time with your dog while we equip you with the first set of essential tools for success.
    6-Week Milestone: Your puppy goes home with you, and you’ll receive a second training session and also will reinforce what you've learned.
    With the right tools and knowledge, you’ll be ready to enjoy a lasting, positive relationship with your dog!

  • When puppies are younger than 4 months, our program covers socialization, crate training, potty training, on top of the obedience program.

    We also work on impulse control and reducing anxiety or fear-based behaviors.
